Body found on Packerland Drive identified as 26-year-old

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - UPDATE: In an update Thursday, the Green Bay Police Department said the body found in the 1200 block of Packerland Drive on the city’s west side is that of a 26-year-old Green Bay area man. Police aren’t releasing his identity, citing a request from his family.
Officers were dispatched on Wednesday around 10:30 a.m. for a medical call after a passerby had reported seeing a person lying on the ground near a wooded area.
Through an ongoing investigation, police currently do not suspect foul play to be a cause of death. An autopsy has been scheduled by the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Right now, no further details are expected to be released.
