It will be nice to see sunshine today... Other than a few fluffy clouds during the midday, we should see plenty of bright sun. But that northwest breeze isn’t as pleasant. While it’s not overly strong, it is causing our wind chills to dip into the single digits and teens this morning. These “feels-like temperatures” will be in the 20s into the afternoon, with actual highs in the 30s.

The wind will die down this evening as a belt of high pressure passes overhead. Skies will be clear with a gentle southeast breeze developing towards dawn. Low temperatures will be in the seasonably cold 20s.

Tomorrow and Thursday will be milder, with highs in the 40s, then 50s. That’s because of a breezy south wind on the back side of this belt of high pressure. The forecast looks dry with sunshine and a few passing clouds.

Our next chance of wet weather will be over the weekend. There is a CHANCE of showers for the gun-deer hunting opener Saturday morning. Otherwise it looks cool, with highs in the lower 40s with a light northeast breeze.
